Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical, EEE, Renewable Energy or related field. 2–5 years of solar installation/site experience preferred. Knowledge of rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems. Understanding of modules, inverters, cabling, earthing and electrical panels. Ability to read SLDs and technical drawings. Knowledge of solar testing, commissioning and troubleshooting. Install and supervise rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems. Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cables and earthing systems. Read and follow solar layouts, SLDs and installation drawings. Conduct site inspections, testing and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate technicians, subcontractors and site activities. Ensure installation quality, safety and timely completion. Support testing, commissioning and project handover. Maintain daily site progress and installation records. Good understanding of HSE and electrical safety. Willingness to travel/work at project sites or overseas.Apply Now
